has retained Lambert, Edwards & Associates (LE&A) to assist in the strategic
development and execution of the Company’s investor relations program.
China-based Shiner International is a pioneer in the development,
manufacture and sale of high-quality, flexible packaging films, including
proprietary products for anti-counterfeiting and custom applications. The
